Since 2015 the company has been part of the Lingyun Industrial Group Co. Ltd., Zhuozhou, which is one of the leading suppliers to the Chinese automotive industry. Lingyun develops and produces metal and plastic components. Their core products are structural parts made of steel and plastic, crash management systems, plastic pipes and rubber hoses for all automotive applications.

With the partner from China, Waldaschaff Automotive is future-proof and flexibly positioned with a solid basis for a global presence.

Founding of the Waldaschaff branch

Production is focussed on the automotive industry

1955

Founding of Ymos-Metallwerke, Wolf and Becker GmbH

1998

Takover of the Waldaschaff plant by WAGON Ind. plc

2009

Company relaunched as Waldaschaff Automotive GmbH

2011

Takeover by the Schnellecke Gruppe, a logistics company from Wolfsburg

2015

Since 2015 Waldaschaff is wholly owned by the Lingyun Group
